Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
- In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and dried dill to create a marinade.
- Coat the chicken strips in the marinade and let sit for 15-20 minutes (or longer in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken strips for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined. Optionally, strain the cucumber for a thicker consistency.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if desired.
- Place naan breads on a baking sheet.
- Spread tzatziki sauce over each naan, leaving a small border.
- Distribute cooked chicken strips evenly over the tzatziki.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Keep an eye on them to prevent burning; the cheese should be slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Slice into quarters or halves and serve warm with extra tzatziki on the side.
