¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to make thinner cutlets. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 6–8 minutes until browned and tender.
