Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

½ cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix the chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 9 equal squares.

Place 1 to 1½ tablespoons of filling in the center of each square. Fold into a triangle and press edges closed with a fork.

Brush each puff with the beaten egg.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
